Founded in 2015 by developer Anthony Bradford, AM Titan was born from a belief that real estate can be a catalyst for meaningful, lasting impact. Seeing opportunity where others saw blight, our team set out to restore neglected buildings, reinvest in urban neighborhoods, and deliver high-quality housing that strengthens the fabric of the community. 

As owner-operators, we remain deeply involved at every stage of the process, from acquisition and design to construction, leasing, and long-term management.
